Zachβs journey began as a Wilderness Guide in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where he witnessed the profound impact of nature-based therapy on adolescents. This experience ignited his passion for mental health, inspiring him to pursue higher education using his VA benefits earned through four years of service in the United States Coast Guard.
Armed with a Ph.D. in psychology and a Masterβs in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University, Zach has cultivated expertise across multiple levels of care, ensuring comprehensive and effective treatment approaches. His credentials include:
